MPJI-Cr 4:08 The defendant[s] is [are] charged with the crime of conspiracy to commit the crime[s] of (crime(s) to which conspired). Conspiracy is an agreement between two or more persons to commit a crime. In order to convict the defendant[s] of conspiracy, the State must prove:
(1) that the defendant[s] agreed with at least one other person to commit the crime[s] of (crime(s) to which conspired); and
(2) that the defendant[s] entered into the agreement with the intent that the crime[s] of (crime(s) to which conspired) be committed.
